We strive to improve the individual proficiency of our members in the performance of their duties and encourage social, charitable, and educational activities among law enforcement officers.

A New U.S. Marshal in Town
Scott Parker is our new U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Scott is an active member of the North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police, Rocky Mount Lodge #46 and serves on several committees for the NC State FOP Lodge.
We are proud to have Scott as our new Marshal.

The North Carolina Biennial State Conference will be held from September 21st thru 26th at the Doubletree Hotel & Gateway Convention Center located at 651 N. Winstead Ave. (US 64 at the Hospital Exit) in Rocky Mount, NC.
In addition the regularly scheduled Meetings, Hospitality Room and Banquet, our Lodge will be providing many other activities for Family Entertainment.
Planned Activities will include Golf, Movies, Picnic, Fireworks, Shopping, Shuttle Service and other Area Activities.
The Rocky Mount FOP Lodge #46 wants to make this the most Memorable Conference you will ever attend.

Come see our Law Enforcement Memorial, located in Nashville, NC (Nash County Courthouse).
This Memorial is the results of a joint effort by our NC FOP, Rocky Mount Lodge #46 and local Blue Knights Chapter NC BK-XXI.
This memorial lists the officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty within our local Lodge (Nash and Edgecombe County) area.
